Weekly Drop-In Sessions: Real-Time Support, When You Need It Most

In January 2026 we launched out weekly drop-in sessions. 

These are informal spaces where you can bring your questions, test your thinking, and get real-time support from us (Sarah Sutcliffe and Jacqui Molkenthin) and from each other.

No pressure. 

No prep needed. 

Just a chance to talk things through and get practical help when you need it.

A cup of tea and a biscuit is optional but highly recommended!

We 'meet' every Wednesday at 2pm.

Join weekly or just when you need to. - Come along when something’s unclear, when you’re stuck, or when you just want to check your approach. The sessions are there to support you, not add to your workload.

Led by sector specialists - Between us, we bring deep experience in assessment design, compliance, and strategy so whatever your question, we're likely to have an answer (or know where to find it).

Bring your real questions - Whether it’s a policy detail, a process challenge, or one of those “we’re not quite sure what this means” moments, you’re welcome to bring it to the session. We’ll talk it through together, openly and practically. There really is no such thing as a silly question - if you're wondering it we'll have wondered it too at some point!

Small group sizes - These sessions are also a chance to hear from other AOs. You’ll get fresh perspectives, shared experiences, and ideas you might not have considered. But we’re keeping the numbers low to make
sure there’s space for everyone to speak, ask questions, and get tailored input.

Open to anyone from your AO - It’s important to us that these sessions feel manageable, personal, and genuinely useful so we just ask that teams don’t attend en masse. You’re welcome to rotate attendance across your team so more people can benefit.

Affordable - these sessions are running up to 14th July for a one off investment of  just £500
